In the fast-paced and ever-changing world of real estate, it's important to stay up-to-date on new methods of marketing, advances in technology, and improvements in overall customer service. That's why Michelle attends numerous classes and seminars to earn designations and help make your real estate experience an easy and even enjoyable one.

See below for information about Michelle's designations, what they mean, and how they'll help her better serve you. If you'd like even more information click on the symbol to visit the official website for each designation. (All wording is taken from and copyright by the official website.)

Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. An independent survey reports that 84% of home buyers would use the same REALTOR® again.

When you look for an Accredited Buyer Representative® before you look for a home, you´ll be served, not sold. Your interests become their interests. And you´ll be working with someone who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. Plus, a REALTOR® who has an ABR® Designation also has an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of homebuyers.

An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

A REALTOR® who has participated in the Graduate REALTOR® Institute has dedicated her time and money on real estate education to bring you quality service.  The curriculum consists of at least 90 hours of specialized real estate related courses, and it ensures that any REALTOR® who completes it will be up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues.
